Material: base rack, chain rack and chain runway adopted 12# standard channel steel. Furnace frame adopted 40*60 square pipes. Base plate adopted 3mm hot plate. side plate adopted 2mm cold plate.
Fireproof and heat preservation material: bottom brick is adopted with light soaking brick; surface brick and furnace hearth are adopted with aluminum fireproof brick; soaking cotton is adopted with fiber silicon cotton.
